Vault I: Sexual Assault Awareness Month
In April 2026, Maison Humanité opened its founding collection during Sexual Assault Awareness Month, inviting anonymous testimony from survivors with no name, no account, and no identifying trace required. The installation — a physical archive lined with candlelight and the submissions themselves, projected in the survivors' own words — marked the first physical presence of the platform. Within the collection period, Vault I received more than 3,138 submissions, confirming what Maison Humanité was built on the belief of: that the infrastructure for this kind of testimony was long overdue, and that survivors would use it the moment it existed.
